The folks at Pencom 911 dispatch are quiet, reserved, and unassuming. You would never guess that these reserved individuals deal with life and death situations, literally, on a daily basis. What struck me was their desire to remain anonymous.
This was even echoed in the comments of one of the dispatchers interviewed for this video.
From the start, we wanted to capture their quiet confidence and their calm focus. A mix of live scenes and interview footage with voice-overs was chosen to accomplish the task.
