Washington State DOC: Always Looking To Improve

We had the privilege of working with the dedicated and caring men and women at the Washington State Department of Corrections to create two separate recruiting videos: one for Correctional Officers and one for Medical Professionals. What impressed us was the culture of authenticity and care for the incarcerated individuals whom they served. The goal of these men and women is truly to assist those in their care in building the qualities and traits that will allow them to create a meaningful life for themselves while in prison and, more importantly, when they rejoin the community upon their release.
